Had a beautiful room with stunning Catskill views. Service at the casino took a long time, especially getting drinks. Enjoyed the live music which added to the atmosphere. Limited late-night dining options were disappointing.

I enjoyed a clean and comfortable king suite, and being just a short drive from Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park made it easy to fill my weekend with outdoor fun and beautiful landscapes to explore.

The gaming space was huge and right in the mountains, and we loved the virtual golf simulator. The room was clean and had stunning features. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a fun getaway for us!
I had a rough time with customer service after my stay. One staff member was pretty unhelpful when I called about a charge, but a manager eventually sorted it out. Just a bit frustrating.

The best part was the incredible 24/7 Bistro where Jeanie served us the most heavenly belgian waffles with bourbon apple syrup! 🥞 On the downside, I had to wait a while for room service. Overall, a memorable experience.

It was just a suitable option for getting around the area in Monticello with good value for money. The hold-up during check-in was a bit annoying but the staff was helpful in resolving the payment issue. Call ahead to confirm payment if you've booked through a third party.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff were very nice. The ambiance had potential to connect more with the beautiful surroundings, which I really appreciate as someone who values location and culture.
The layout of the place felt off. There wasn't much to do late at night outside of gambling. It would be nice to have more entertainment options.

The King Suite was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. However, I found the shower design a bit inconvenient, as changing the temperature required walking across a slippery floor. Additionally, early check-in fees felt excessive given the price of the stay.

Awesome win & stunning views!
Parking was super easy and we hit the slot machines right away. I scored big on the Irish themed games – over $500! The King Suite was massive and immaculate, with an amazing bathroom. Only bummer was that the food in the restaurant was just a frozen burger and took forever to get. Staff were friendly, though.

The room was immaculately decorated, with a stunning view. The bathroom featured modern amenities and nice toiletries. Staff members checked us in warmly and assisted with our luggage when needed.
There was no valet service, which made parking luggage challenging. One staff member I spoke with on the phone had a frustrating attitude while resolving an issue, although another staff member was helpful later on.
